Submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. They are emailed directly to our team through a Google Workspace relay — the site does not keep a separate public-facing database of past inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share the information you submit with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your submission is only visible to the team member(s) who respond to inquiries.
Since submissions are delivered by email rather than stored in a site database, they are retained for as long as that correspondence is kept in our inbox, in line with our normal business email retention practices.
You can ask us to tell you what information we have from a submission you made, or to delete it, at any time by emailing concierge@stratusdynamicsllc.com.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and the confidential inquiry form is rate-limited and filtered for automated abuse before any message reaches us.
This site is intended for individuals and organizations seeking executive protection and risk management services. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
